Treasurers  Responsibilities

The Fayette County Treasurer's Office is the County Banker, the Chief Tax Collector, and the County's Investment Officer.

The Fayette County Treasurer serves on the County Budget Commission, the Board of Revision, and the Data Processing Board.

Real Estate Taxes

Due Dates:
1st Half:  February 19, 2021
2nd Half: June 18, 2021

Any taxes paid after the due dates will accrue a 10% Penalty & Interest

Manufactured Home Tax

Due Dates:
1st Half:  March 1, 2021
2nd Half: August 2, 2021

Any taxes paid after the due dates will accrue a 10% Penalty & Interest

Real Estate Escrow Tax

This Program allows you to spread your payments from two lump sums to eight payments per year.

To qualify for this program you must have current taxes paid and your tax bill is not being sent to a mortgage company.

Delinquent Property Taxes

Delinquent tax payers will be referred to the county prosecutor for foreclosure proceedings to collect delinquent taxes.
