Fayette County, with a population estimated at 29,030, is undergoing new commercial, retail, industrial, recreational, and entertainment growth, as well as residential housing expansion. Centrally located from Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Fayette County is an amazing hub of easy access, having direct access to state Routes 38,41, and 735, U.S Routes 22,35, and 62, Interstate 71, and several other connecting roadways allowing over 2,000 commuters to travel to Fayette County for employment every day from the contiguous counties alone.

Fayette County is home to the "Fayette County Mega site," the premier Mega-Manufacturing site in the State of Ohio and Midwest Region with 1,500 + acres located at the interstate of I 71 and U.S. Route 35.

Our schools recently built, are excellent and aim to provide world-class education to students. Miami Trace Local School District is rated in the "excellent" category in Ohio. Washington Court City School District with new school buildings, beautiful outdoor facilities, technology, and excellent infrastructure continues its tradition of excellence.
